You Don't Have to Explain It

Life can be brutally hard.

Death. Divorce. A cancer diagnosis. A relationship that broke you. Burnout so deep you can't remember the last time you felt like yourself. Years of caregiving that left nothing in the tank. The fog and fire of perimenopause or menopause — the way your body changes and nobody warned you how hard it would hit. If you've ever watched Eat Pray Love and thought "I need that" — or if you're coming out of a divorce and craving a fresh start somewhere beautiful — you're in exactly the right place. Whatever brought you here, Lindsay sees you, and she doesn't need you to have it all figured out before she can help.

The Science & the Soul of It

Why Travel Heals

It isn't escapism. It's restoration. There's a reason people have sought new horizons in their darkest moments for as long as humans have existed.

Distance Creates Perspective

When you physically remove yourself from the environment where the pain lives, something shifts. The problems don't disappear — but they shrink to their actual size. Travel gives you the distance to see your life more clearly.

New Experiences Rewire You

Grief and trauma can trap us in loops — the same thoughts, the same rooms, the same routines. Travel breaks the loop. Every new sight, smell, taste, and conversation is a gentle interruption that reminds your nervous system: there is still beauty here.

Rest Is Not a Luxury — It's Medicine

Our culture treats rest like a reward you have to earn. It isn't. Rest is how human beings recover — from illness, from grief, from years of giving everything to everyone else. A week on a beach where no one needs anything from you is not indulgent. It is necessary.

You Remember Who You Are

Hard seasons have a way of erasing you. You become the caregiver, the survivor, the person holding everything together. Travel — especially solo travel — gives you the space to ask: who am I when I'm not in crisis? The answer is usually someone pretty remarkable.

Rest and restoration through travel

"Rest is not a reward you earn. It is how you recover."

She Knows This From the Inside

Lindsay's Own Healing Trips

Lindsay doesn't talk about healing travel from a distance. She has lived it — twice — in ways that changed everything.

Lindsay's Story 💕

Solo & Self-Discovery

Eat + Pray + Self Love

There came a point in Lindsay's life after a hurtful divorce when she needed to do something that was entirely, unapologetically for herself. So she planned a solo trip through 6 countries— her "Eat + Pray + Self Love" journey — and pushed herself past every limit she'd ever set for herself.

She went to places she'd always wanted to go like Norway, Sweden, and Iceland. She drove on foreign roads, hiked for days, and ate alone at beautiful restaurants and didn't apologize for it. She sat with her own thoughts in foreign cities and mountain cliffs, and discovered she actually liked her own company.  Lindsay grew up with horses, yet all past family vacations before, no one else ever wanted to ride horses. In Iceland she discovered Mr. Iceland the horse trainer, and was one of the very first to stay in his onsite tiny homes in the middle of his Icelandic horse property. She had the most incredible ride of her life on the black sand beaches.

That trip gave her something she hadn't expected: confidence. The kind that doesn't come from someone else telling you you're capable — the kind that comes from proving it to yourself. She did things that scared her — (like hiking Trolltunga in Norway when she was afraid of heights), and found out she was braver than she knew. She came home ready to face her next chapter as a single mom, and she did it with her head held high.

A Mom & Her Daughter

Wish Trip to Orlando

When Lindsay's 11-year-old daughter was diagnosed with cancer, life stopped. More than a year of chemotherapy, hospital stays, fear, and fighting followed — the kind of year that leaves marks on a family that don't fully fade.

When her daughter's Make-A-Wish trip came through, just the two of them went to Orlando. And for one week, they rode every roller coaster — some ten times! They ate too many Dole Whips and stayed up too late and didn't think about hospitals or treatment plans or what came next.

That week didn't erase what they'd been through. But it reminded them both of something essential: joy is still possible. Life is still worth celebrating. And sometimes the most healing thing in the world is screaming your lungs out on a roller coaster with the person you love most.

Restore Body & Mind

Wellness Retreats &
Spa Travel

There is a category of travel designed specifically to heal — not just distract. Wellness retreats, thermal spa towns, yoga immersions, and medical spa resorts exist for one reason: to give your body and mind the deep, intentional restoration they've been starved of.

Whether you're recovering from illness, processing grief, or simply running on empty after years of pouring yourself into everyone else — a properly planned wellness trip can do things that no amount of rest at home ever will. New environment. New rhythms. Professional care. Space to actually feel what you've been too busy to feel.

Lindsay knows the difference between a resort that has a spa and a destination that is built around healing. She knows the thermal baths of Budapest, the Ayurvedic retreats of Bali, the canyon spa resorts of Sedona, the thalassotherapy centers of the French coast. She'll match you with the experience that fits where you actually are — not just what looks good on Instagram.

There Is No One Right Answer

What Does Your Healing Look Like?

Healing travel isn't one thing. It's whatever your soul needs right now. Lindsay will listen — really listen — and build something around that.

🏖️

Pure Rest

A beach. A hammock. No itinerary. No one needing anything from you. Just the sound of waves and the permission to do absolutely nothing.

🧘

Wellness & Spa Retreats

Thermal baths, Ayurvedic healing, yoga immersions, medical spa resorts. Trips built around restoring your body and quieting your mind — not just a massage on the last day.

🌍

Solo Discovery

A solo journey to somewhere that has always called to you. New cities, new food, new people — and the quiet revelation of your own resilience.

👩‍👧

Reconnection Trips

A trip with your child, your parent, your best friend — someone you've been too busy or too broken to truly be present with. Travel creates the space for that.

🎢

Pure Joy

Sometimes healing looks like screaming on a roller coaster. Theme parks, concerts, adventures — anything that makes you feel alive and reminds you that fun is still yours to have.

✍️

Slow Travel

One place. Two weeks. No rushing. Farmers markets, long walks, afternoon naps, and the deep exhale that only comes when you finally stop performing busyness.

"I booked a trip with Lindsay six weeks after my divorce was finalized. I told her I just needed to feel like myself again. She planned 10 days in Costa Rica — slow, beautiful, and exactly right. I came home different. Better. I didn't think that was possible."
